Environmental Law Workshop

The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization organized a workshop on Environmental Law  between 17 - 18 January 2019. The Law on the Amendment of the Environmental Law and Certain Laws and new regulations for the protection of the environment and prevention of environmental pollution were evaluated. 

TYK took part in the workshop attended by importers, Compliance Scheme and stakeholders from the waste management sector which introduced the products listed in the Annex-1 list of the related law. 

There was three different session in that workshop; “Recovery Accretion Lot”, “Exemptions and Deposit System”, “Collection Targets and Effects of Compliance Schemes on Collection System”. Participators shared their opinion with each other.
